The Endowment fund of Perm Opera and Ballet Theater will be launched on its 150th anniversary!

Alla Platonova, Development Director of Perm Opera and Ballet Theater, announced The Endowment fund structuring at the international forum "Endowments 2020. Fields of participation".

The theater intended to set up an endowment fund back in 2013. The initiative was supported by the Ministry of Culture of the Perm Territory.

The theater will be more stable economically with the launch of The Endowment fund. "It is difficult for the region to maintain the funding of the theater at the proper level. Current performances are financed from the state budget, and additional funds are needed for innovative projects, "Alla Platonova explained. The basis for  the fund establishment has already been arranged, she added.
