The head of a blockchain company bought a painting by Picasso!

The CEO of blockchain company «TRON», Justin Sun, bought Pablo Picasso's painting «Lying naked woman with necklace» at the «20th Century Art Evening» auction organised by «Christie's» in London. The purchase was worth $20 million. The artwork was painted by Picasso in 1932 and depicts the artist's sweetheart, Maria-Theresa Walter.

Justin Sun plans to tokenize Picasso's work and make it as part of his fund "JUST NFT", which turns physical works of art into a digital asset and consists of tokenized art objects. Justin Sun announced the creation of the fund on March 29, he said that the fund would buy only the best works - worth $1 million or more. Sun has not specified what is going to happen to Picasso's painting after its tokenization.
